Sales Director -  result driven and self motivated.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the sales and marketing processes.
Identify, manage, negotiate and close complex national and international contracts. Identify and manage marketing and sales partners/distributors.

Most important tasks 
Contributor to our marketing and sales strategy, including partner handling.
Plan and handle both short and longer term sales and marketing activities.
Be a door opener to new clients for the company’s sales team.
Offer, negotiate and close significant and complex contracts.
Identify, plan and manage sales and marketing via our partners/distributors.
Forecasting and pipeline management.

Work closely and effectively with the company’s finance, legal, sales, marketing, development and implementation teams, as well as with our partners.

Member of CBA´s senior management team.

Important experience and competence requirements
An academic background in IT and/or international banking/finance as well as marketing and sales.

An established and demonstrable network of senior level contacts in the international banking sector and an ability to deal with clients at senior management level.

Firm understanding of sales and marketing strategies for international IT systems.

Relevant knowledge about the main international banking products; payments, trade finance, loan management, account management etc.
Good understanding of the type of IT systems and offerings that will be successful in the future.

Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and selling (planning, offers, negotiation, closing contracts, delivery, implementation and support) IT systems to the international banking sector and/or similar areas.
Partner management skills, including how to sell via partners.
Strong networking skills.

Personality/characteristics
Excellent presentation, communication and consultative selling skills.
Strong team player combined with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Self-motivated and hardworking, hands-on and able to carry out the work with a small support team.
Work well under pressure.

The candidate will join the senior management and report to the CEO.
