Join HDR Partners M&A-team
Our client, HDR Partners, is looking for a highly talented individual to join the M&A-team. HDR Partners is a leading M&A advisor founded in 2005, focused on sell-side advisory for high growth companies within Tech, Healthcare and Consumer. HDR Partners has since inception advised on 77 transactions, making them one of the most transaction-intensive advisors in the business. The right candidate will be part of a successful team with extensive experience built on high standards, competence and integrity.
You will become an important member of a deal team operating in a highly intensive environment. You are expected to take an active role in a variety of different transactions and be involved throughout the whole transactions process. Primary tasks will include e.g. company and industry analysis, valuation, information gathering as well as preparation of presentation materials.
We expect applicants to have a genuine interest for the financial industry, the ambition to have a prosperous career within M&A and to contribute with high energy and an eagerness to further develop within M&A. We also wish you to fulfill the following criteria’s:
- You have up to 3 years’ experience from working with M&A, preferably from Investment Bank, M&A Boutique or Consultancy firm
- Finance or engineering degree with a strong academic track record
- Self-motivated, productive and outgoing team-player with willingness to learn and develop
- Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Swedish)
