You will become part of an international team of 160 employees working in the Group Compliance function and work with the compliance disciplines covering the key risks investor protection, financial crime, data protection, conflicts of interest and market abuse.

Commitment, collaboration and execution
In the role as a Compliance Officer, you will be monitoring and assessing compliance risks together with advising the Wealth Management business on individual compliance matters. Furthermore, you will participate in the ongoing development of the compliance and regulatory framework within Group Compliance.
Who are you?
As a person, you have good cultural, social and interpersonal skills. In addition, you have integrity and a capacity to work independently, whilst remaining a committed team player. You have an analytical mind-set and a focus on execution combined with a good understanding of compliance, risk and/or legal issues in the financial sector. Moreover, you are trustworthy and reliable in appearance and communication, and are able to communicate clearly with purpose and intent. The position requires excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language.
The role would require you to be organised and structured. You will be required to maintain a holistic approach and show a keen eye for detail. Furthermore, you have relevant university degree or educational background and experience of working either in the financial or insurance sector. Knowledge of the Swedish insurance sector and applicable regulations is an advantage.
