HR Manager Compensation & Benefits to Alektum Group, Gotenburg
As Alektum Group’s new HR Manager Compensation & Benefits your main responsibility will be to set up new routines, create structure, define and implement best practice at Group level that aligns with the company’s business strategy. You will need to do an analysis over the situation in each country and set an overall agenda and action plan for the compensation structure. In addition you will be in charge of establishing way of working with position evaluation that is aligned with statistics for each position along with defining and implementing best-in-class offerings. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordination of the annual salary review process in Sweden.
In order to succeed you have solid knowledge and experience in HR, and specifically within Compensation and Benefit. Preferably, you have experience in building structure and work procedures from scratch as well as coaching and supporting managers in an international company. In addition, you have knowledge regarding remuneration and experience in working with work-evaluation tools. We furthermore value your project management experience in HR system implementation.

You have a degree in HR and/or Finance in combination with experience of working in an international company. It is required that you master the Swedish and English language, both verbally and in writing. Your office is in Gothenburg and approximately once per month you will travel to the international offices. This position reports to the Senior Vice President HR.
