Customer Implementations is a dynamic and important business area in Danske Bank with increased focus on domestic and International corporate companies. Customer Implementation is responsible for the successful and timely delivery of corporate and business customers’ Transaction Banking needs across markets. You will be working with a team located in the city centre of Stockholm and be part of an International Transaction Banking organisation with colleagues across Northern Europe.
As project manager, you will be based in Stockholm and have the responsibility to ensure a great implementation of new customers and to deliver the best experience. You will be handling implementation tasks and projects, always as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the project from first contact to complete implementation. A big part of this job is to handle contact with both internal and external stakeholders.
These tasks are all under development and we are always striving to be the best customer support in the Nordic region. This makes up for a great opportunity to develop yourself as a person but also as a leader.

The role as a project manager requires knowledge about working with projects; we are striving to develop an already working customer service even further. We expect you to be calm under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines effectively. We are also looking for a team player.
As a person, you are result and solution oriented, a great networker and have a high level of energy. Experience gained from working with Derivatives & Securities or Cash Management is highly valued. Fluent skills in Swedish and English is also required, as you will be cooperating with other colleagues/customers in the Nordic.
