Regional Service Manager – Nordic Countries to Elekta
Are you driven about Customer Service on an operational level? Elekta is now looking for a Regional Service Manager responsible for the operational service support and business activity within the Nordic Region.
The role is to ensure that customers continue to receive an excellent service on all products by resolving all issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that service resources are planned, managed and utilized effectively and that all contractual obligations are met in a timely and professional manner.
The Regional Service Manager has direct management responsibility for the Business Unit Service resources allocated within a predefined area and reports directly to the Service Manager – UK Ireland and Nordic countries (UKIN). The Regional Service Manager will have had significant experience as a senior engineer and as such is may need to still spend a proportion of their time performing service activities as well as managing their teams.
- Plan service activities to your team of engineers and ensure that your engineers productivity and morale are at high level
- Supervise and mentor engineers within the Nordic Team.
- Continuously monitor the competence of the engineers
- Continuously monitor our customer satisfaction either through the various surveys employed or direct feedback from the customers
- Customer visits to monitor and Feedback the performance of the Service contract and support teams.
Travelling will be required in the role as Regional Service Manager – Nordic Countries. The position is based at Elektas office in central Stockholm.

To be successful in this role it is a requirement to have at least five years experience from Team/Project lead and/or Service management within service engineering. You have preferably experience within MedTech and diagnostic. It is desirable if you have experience with Oncology or Radiotherapy. It is a plus if you have worked as a Field Service Engineer or similar in the high-tech industry. We believe that you have a bachelor´s degree in engineering or similar.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement for this position.
