The CFO is part of the Nordic management team and has a broad responsibility for the office together with the Nordic Country manager. This will include both work on a strategic level and hands on in all areas of the finance function and on company level.
As Nordic CFO you will be responsible for all internal and external financial reporting processes within the company - actuals, forecasting and budgeting. You are also the main financial contact person for fund and separate account teams.
You are responsible for financial, tax and structuring aspects in transaction processes, steering the external consultants involved in the transaction and will be involved in the financing of investments incl. management of bank relations.
As CFO you will have 1-2 direct reports and are additionally responsible for, and supported by, a large number of external consultants.

To take on this role in the best possible way you have an academic degree in business, finance or equivalent. You have several years of relevant experience from accounting/financial controlling in the real estate sector, alternatively a Corporate Finance background with focus on the real estate sector.
You have a deep knowledge of accounting, and experience with real estate transactions including financial aspects, tax aspects and structuring and a broad understanding of tax matters.
You are confident, self-motivated and independent, driving your work and own point of view. You communicate and cooperate easily with people on all levels and parts of the organization. Your working style is structured, with sufficient attention to important details. You are flexible and comfortable working both on a strategic level and hands on as needed, often handling several different things in parallel.
