Recruitment Consultant – Banking & Financial Services
Finance Recruitment was established in September 2014 by four experienced recruitment professionals. Our speciality is the recruitment of interim and permanent professionals within finance & accounting and banking & financial services.
In 2016 we launched our second brand, Talent Recruitment, focused on interim and permanent placements for operational roles within the finance department.
Across the two brands, we are ten full time employees today and we are growing.

The diverse role involves the full recruitment cycle from development of your candidate portfolio through to client placement. Role criteria includes:
- Developing a strong network of candidates whilst managing their aspirations and career search.
- Identifying and selling new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client portfolio.
- Managing your clients and candidates through the recruitment process from initial interview to offer.

You will be recruiting into the financial services and banking sector and working with various levels of banking professionals. Potential Recruitment Consultants must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong sales, networking and client development abilities.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- Sound commercial business acumen.
- Fluency in both Swedish & English.
Preferably you will hold a degree within higher education with a track record of either sales, relevant financial services sector, recruitment / search experience, professional services, entrepreneurial exploits or social / professional networking.
