Business leader with responsibility for growth in the Nordics

The Business Development Manager acts as a motivating, innovative and profit oriented Redeem ambassador with primary responsibility for the profitable development of the Redeem business by creating and further developing mutually beneficial long-term business contacts with network operators, large corporations and distributors for sourcing products from them.

In this hands-on position, you will resource, manage and motivate a team of Country Managers and Account Managers reporting to you. In your daily work, you will work with Redeem Group Business Development Leads to mutually share business opportunities and develop new customers.

You will represent Redeem in senior level negotiations with partners and other key contacts. You will support Redeem in opening up new markets/clients and will be in charge of supporting the delivery of the Nordics P/L budget as well as internal efficiency.

You will be based in Täby and visit your business partners and team members in Nordics. As one of our key persons in Nordics, you will report directly to the Redeem Nordic Managing Director and be part to the Redeem Nordics Management Team.

We expect you to be a very energetic, dynamic and proactive person. You will be required to possess strong business intelligence, creativity, persistency and very good leadership skills. You will also be required to have well-developed organisational and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have gained successful business development/sales experience from a SME in B2B sales (products, solutions, services), preferably from an international company. You will need to have good negotiation and presentation skills, sincere interest in our clients and a clear desire to constantly develop yourself in Redeem.

The ideal candidate has full working proficiency in English and at least a bachelor’s degree in business. Knowledge of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage. You are required to be an experienced MS Office user and have a valid clean driving license.
