Building distribution and sales – cleaning machine industry Nordic

Viper is in the process of building the Nordic distribution, with some of it already established in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. The process is based on a new concept developed for Viper in the Nordic region. In order to take over and continue to build sales and distribution of Viper in the Nordic region we are now looking for a Business Development Manager. The primary focus is to accelerate the spread of the concept and widen the dealer network extensively in the Nordic region, with a specific short term focus on Sweden. The responsibility includes finding business partners, develop sales concept, run the distribution set-up, drive marketing and sales along with securing reporting routines. The accountability covers all aspects of building the Viper business – and daily operations – independently, but in close cooperation with Nilfisk Group.  

You will report to Senior General Manager Nordic Region. You will work out from any of the Nilfisk offices located in Malmö, Gothenburg or Stockholm, alternatively from a home office.

Tasks

  • Overall responsibility for Viper sales in the Nordic region
  • The selection and negotiations of agreements with dealers and partners
  • Planning, organizing and execution of sales and marketing activities
  • Preparation of management reporting
  • Cooperation with internal and external partners of the Viper set-up
  • Motivating and training the dealers and partners
  • Day to day support to distribution and service  

Experienced Business Development Manager
We believe you have several years of experience working with business and sales development when it comes to building distribution via dealers and partners in B-t-B business. Your experience could come from different sectors, such as cleaning machines, tools, it-equipment, office supplies etc. You have a relevant commercial education and a proven track-record from building sales and business management through dealers and franchise-concepts, preferably in the Nordic market. You are fluent in at least one of the Scandinavian languages with a good understanding of the others, and you have excellent English skills.You are able to work independently with a high energy level. You have the willingness and drive to try new ways and finding solutions to the daily challenges. Preferably you have some experience from online selling and web shops.
