At the Self Service Solutions department, we work to manage and develop global digital services aiming to enable our users, both customers and internal stakeholders, to find and utilize the Seco product portfolio in the best possible ways. Our future mission is to increase availability of digital channel and create sales opportunities based on understanding the market and our customers’ demands and offering self-service solutions. We are now looking for a Web Channel Solution Owner for Fagersta and we offer a truly global environment, with many exciting interactions and great possibilities for shaping your role. Key performance areas
As Web Channel Solution Owner, you are responsible for optimizing and improving the web channel to see to that our portfolio of solutions and services offered on our website will increase availability, attractiveness and satisfaction among our users. You work in close collaboration with our Marketing department and Product Management team in analyzing the market, digital trends, competitors and quality of our channel, and you benchmark with other companies within the industry to ensure innovation and best practice. Your main goal is to create business opportunities by enabling our customers to find, evaluate and ultimately buy our products using digital self-service solutions, and by setting the roadmap together with solution owners and other stakeholders for expansion and development of our web. Handling expectations and collecting and analyzing data from all available sources are some of your tasks. Another important part of your mission is to manage and ensure the satisfaction of our stakeholders, both internally and externally, and you interact on a global scale, as our business is international and the website is translated into multiple languages.

Travel is included in this position.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in IT or Marketing and broad experience from working with IT solutions from a sales perspective, including with web channels, digitalization and creating business opportunities based on self-service solutions. You have previously been involved in strategic development, handling requirements and customer needs, and you are experienced in working within the marketing, sales or product management area. Competence in project and stakeholder management is key to being successful in this position, and we consider knowledge of Scrum or other data-driven or analytical work a plus. As we operate in an international environment, you need to be fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
