What is the opportunity?
As an Oriflame Managing Director you will be responsible for leading the sustained growth in one of our international subsidiaries. You will develop the organisation in line with our group strategy with a focus on sales force growth leading to exceptional sales and profit while positively contributing to Oriflame’s P&L.

The local sales company is organized in four departments: sales, marketing, operations and finance. Through aligned leadership within these areas an Oriflame subsidiary supports its sales force of independent beauty consultants. Your organisation will number between 30-300 people, depending on the market.

What we are looking for?
You have a university degree and a successful international track record with proven sales management experience with clear staff and P&L responsibilities. You are a center of positive energy, curious and creative, with a hands-on attitude. You are a self-starter who can prioritize multiple projects, can deal with tight deadlines, and has fanatical attention to detail. You are an engaging natural leader, organizing and motivating teams. You possess high ethical integrity and excellent communication skills. We expect you to thrive in diverse environment and to be ready to embrace new cultures and experiences.
