Nordic Sales Manager
For our client, we are now searching for a Nordic Sales Manager
As Nordic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining profitable growth and company image by successfully leading and managing the business and the team, within a given product portfolio, in the Nordic region.
You will be part of the Nordic Management team and thereby contribute to the development of the overall strategy by ensuring its implementation within the regional areas.
Beside leading cross-country sales management team, you will manage relationships with strategic key customers and other stakeholders as well as take part and drive larger projects.
To succeed in the role as Nordic Sales Manager, we believe you have 5- 10 years of successful sales management experience, preferably in the Nordic region, within an international company. Proven experience from complex solution selling is essential.
Even if you will not have your own sales budget you are very sales driven with a true hands-on mentality. You prefer to be close to the business by visiting companies and understanding the customers’ needs.
You are confident enough and able to challenge the history within the company and take action on both organizational level and how the business is run, if needed.
Further, we believe that you are a skilled leader with a great portion of empathy, understanding people and applying an individual leadership. Moreover, you are structured, as well as follow-up and support your team via CRM system etc. on a more weekly/monthly basis.
We expect you to have excellent language skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written, and preferably knowledge in other Nordic languages.
