In cooperation with us at KIMM, we are looking for a Loyalty Program Manager. A role where you will be part of a unique global investment and, in addition to that, you will have full responsibility to build, develop and executeLynk & Co´s rewards program. Initially you will be hired as a consultant through KIMM/Wise Professionals. The position is full-time and the start date is as soon as possible. You will have a good possibility for getting a contract extension or a position at Lynk & Co.

Purpose of the position
Lynk & Co aim to engage and reward people for being an active part of the sharing economy and provide their members with tailored life-style experiences and content. As a Loyalty Program Manager you will have the full responsibility to build, develop and execute the global rewards program within Lynk & Co. You will develop the global strategy from scratch as well as overseeing the market specific deployments and adaptions together with the local teams. You will be responsible for the partner offers and the position includes designing and negotiating different partner collaborations. As a Loyalty Program Manager, you will be the contact person for the platform provider and the creative agency in the loyalty program development projects.

Your team
You will be a part of the CRM department and work in close collaboration with other departments within Lynk & Co. Linda Svedborg, Director Customer Relations, will be your closest manager. At Lynk & Co you will work in an atmosphere and culture with a team spirit and a can-do-attitude, they share their knowledge so you together tackle and find solutions for the company’s challenges.  Even though the position is based in Gothenburg you have a global responsibility, which is why this position will involve frequent travelling.

Experience and personal qualities
In order to be successful within this position you will have vast experience within the field of consumer loyalty programs and partner negotiations. It´s a strong merit if you on a previous position have built a loyalty/membership program. Your knowledge in sales and marketing activities are strong, especially linked to mutual brand building partnership and/or sponsorship. We do believe that you have experience from B2C sales and we gladly see that you are coming from the retail or hospitality business.

As a person you have an open, entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset. Further on you are not afraid of challenging the conventions and have a great communication and presentation skills.

If you then possess a creative but structured mindset with a good feel for project management in combination with a positive spirit and strong team player skills, you have the key characteristics we are looking for in this recruitment.
