Customer Service Manager - BAUER
We at BAUER Hockey only succeed with great teammates. If you’re a team player and ready to pitch in with new ideas, hard work and bold leadership, read more about our open position as Customer Service Manager.
THE POSITION & PROFILE
As Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for securing excellent customer service towards all partners within your area of responsibility, by successfully leading and managing a team of 9 people. You will be part of the European management team, reporting to Vice President International.
The role demands deep knowledge and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience within the general work related to customer service of products within the retail industry. It is considered a merit if you have been working with sporting goods. But if not, you are warm welcome to join the team anyway.
We expect you to bring a great portion of overall know-how of the whole supply chain like forecasting, logistics, incoterms, payment terms etc. given international conditions.
There are ways of working and structures that need to be set and developed which requires that you have earlier experience of process mapping and setting structures and routines. You most likely have an academical background but are a true doer, transforming theory in to practical use.
You have strong working IT knowledge and we see SAP skills as a merit but you are outmost used to develop systems related to the work flow seeking higher efficiency and productivity with more satisfied customers as a result, both internally and externally.
To succeed in the role as Customer Service Manager, we believe you have 5-10 years experience in successfully managing teams of at least a handful players, preferably in an international environment. You have proven track record from building winning teams and are confident enough being able to handle a senior team in a dynamic environment.
You and your team support customers all over the world, with the exception of North America. Therefore, excellent language skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written, are mandatory.
Does this sound like the right opportunity and challenge for you?
