About the position 
The position as Finance Manager is located at Autocom Trollhättan, The overall objective for the Finance Manager will be to contribute to the profitable development of the Company.

Main Area of responsibility;

  • Proactively meet the actual Sales & Profit with Plan
  • Follow up and implement Wuerth Group Policies and Procedures
  • Manage monthly and annual reporting
  • Generate and implement new reports and routines
  • Deliver high quality financial statements on time
  • Comply with Swedish law and regulations
  • Close contact with auditors
  • Lead, guide and coordinate the financial team comprising 3 employees in Trollhättan
  • Part of the management team in Trolhättan

Together with two sister companies, Autocom is part of the WOW Group. The Finance Managers in each of these 3 companies together form the Finance Manager Team, reporting to the CEO of the WOW Group.

Qualification 
The suitable candidate has a university degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. We are looking for a dedicated and assertive candidate who enjoys working in an international environment. You can manage stressful situations in a constructive way and can set limits when it is required. You communicate openly and effectively and have the ability to adapt to new and changing demands while seeking for improvements. To be successful we believe that you are solution-, goal- and quality oriented and ensure accuracy as means for success in your work. You have experience from different ERP systems and you are an experienced user in Excel. It is important that you speak Swedish and English fluently, both written and spoken.
