Country Sales Manager in Sweden for GRAM white goods!
We are looking for a new Country Sales Manager to our Swedish Market. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a person passionate about the marketing and sales of GRAM white goods in Sweden.
Due to organizational changes we are looking for a new Country Sales Manager to assume the local sales responsibility for GRAM white goods in Sweden. You will be responsible for all local sales and trade marketing activities in Sweden, and will be comfortable to work on all levels within the various distribution channels. You will both have the role as local KAM support towards the major retail chains and individual key customers and visit shops on a regular basis and organize training of shop staff. And you will further analyze and develop the kitchen and construction customer segments.
You will be responsible for the local sales budget as well as future development of the local activities and possible gradual expansion of the sales organization. Since all backup functions are centralized in Denmark, you will for now be the sole person located in Sweden and therefore work out of your home office. You will report to the Nordic Commercial Director and coordinate back-office activities with the centralized Nordic support functions within; marketing, customer service, logistics, and finance located in Denmark.
We are looking for a professional person with several years of experience from the customer or supplier side and an established network in the white goods business, towards both the retail segment and possibly the kitchen and construction segment. You have a winning personality, good communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work independently in a structured and analytical way, with a supportive business approach. You are willing and able to work independently on all levels, with strategic, tactical and also operational tasks. And to travel across Sweden to visit existing and potential customers. You have a valid theoretical business related education, solid experience with Microsoft office programs and you probably live near Stockholm.
