Polestar will roll-out on a global basis a new retail concept that shall build brand awareness and attract a customer audience in a new and exciting way. Polestar is therefore looking for a person with relevant experience and skills within Construction & Facility Management, to ensure and support such expansion. Hence previous international experience will be a great advantage for this role.  

You will take part in the concept development phase, which includes establishing the global retail guidelines of the company, to ensure the concept to be viable for implementation. You will, based upon your experience, acquire necessary resources to manage a simultaneous roll-out across several continents, in terms of quality, budget and timing.

You will lead the strategic planning and execution of the intended space in each country, in close collaboration with Retail Conceptual Interior Planner and Leasing, supporting the evaluation of space, as well as of internal and external partners. Therefore, strong interpersonal skills will be an asset in executing your job effectively.

You are strongly skilled in identifying the most feasible direction to implement structures, tools, processes, and resources needed to meet Polestar’s expansion and operational plan for each market. Your structure shall ensure a global coherence to the concept, either the retail space is executed and operated by Polestar or via partners.

To succeed in this role we believe you have a solid technical, hands-on experience in project management and documentation, in combination with proven international working experience in retail or a related field. You have strong communication skills as well as professional fluency in English, other languages are an advantage. You show a strong “doer” attitude and solid organizational skills including both attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Polestar’s head office is located in Gårda, Gothenburg. This role will periodically travel to support Polestar’s truly international business.
