We are now looking for a Compliance Manager to lead the global Product and Material Compliance team at DeLaval. The Product Compliance department supports the commitment of DeLaval to operate in a manner that is consistent with laws and regulations relevant to our products.

The Compliance team is located in Tumba Sweden and Wroclaw, Poland and this position will be located in Tumba, Sweden.
You will report to the Director Business Area Shared Services
Manage and lead the overall Product Compliance team consisting of Compliance Engineers and Compliance Specialists located in Sweden (Tumba) and Poland (Wroclaw).
Actively drive development and updates of Product Compliance methodologies and processes across the company in order for DeLaval to be legally compliant with applicable product legislations such as legislation for food contact materials, hygienic designs and product safety such as REACH and RoHS.
Define and get approval within the governance structure for Product Compliance strategies in recurring decision meetings. Execution according to agreed prioritizations.
Work proactively in external networks in order to follow and influence the development of product laws, regulations and standards that could affect DeLaval product assortment.
Active participation within compliance Industry Group network.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Product Compliance Management and preferably in international industrial or manufacturing environments.
Academic university degree within Engineering or other primary technical degree.
Proven leadership experience and skills.
Strong business acumen and extensive experience from Product Development processes and Quality Management with good understanding of the business’s interfaces to the Product Compliance area (e.g. Legal, Quality, Product management and Supply Chain).
Extensive, hands-on project management and solution implementation experience.
Experience from working within the Dairy industry or Agricultural businesses is an advantage.
