Senior Business Controllers to Tele2
Tele2 is changing, we’re building a new operations organization and we are searching for several enthusiastic Business Controllers who can help us make this organization the best it can be.

Shared Operations is an international entity within Tele2, gathering expertise and services that can be used in several markets. The organization is now expanding, enveloping a number of area – Network, IT, Product management, Customer Operations, Project Office and works over Tele2´s footprint in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, the Netherlands.
As Business Controller within Shared Operations your main task is to enable and facilitate our business. We believe this is achieved through excellent analysis and challenging local, as well as executive, management in how we run our business. You will be part of a newly formed team with full business controlling responsibility for a specific segment within Shared Operations.
The candidates we are looking for have a university degree and a minimum of five years relevant experience within Business Controlling. We believe that Business Controlling is as much about technical as social skills. Therefore you have an analytic mind-set and shine in your communicative skills. You are an avid Excel user, where you are used to deriving knowledge through large amounts of data, and you have an excellent ability to translate knowledge into tangible and presentable ideas.
Moreover you are used to work with many social interactions and exposure to a broad range of stakeholders. You are as natural in communicating financial issues with technical management as detailing a budget with executive management. You enjoy taking responsibility, have high work ethics and are not afraid of taking though decisions.
As Business controller within Network you are working as a business partner. You have full responsibility for budget, financial monitoring and business cases within the segment.
As Business Controller – Capex you have a broad responsibility within Shared Operations. Through relevant analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc, as well as stakeholder management your main task is aligning local management, shared operations and group management in financial projects.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Monthly analysis and reporting of operational costs to management team
- Responsible for budget and forecast
- Stakeholder alignment between local management and central operations
- Developing models, guidelines and KPIs regarding business monitoring
- Initiation and management of development projects
