Strategy Planning and Execution, Sales Development and Organizational Development

You will be the first person in the Swedish organization and therefore responsible for the future sales organization and all sales and marketing related activities in the Swedish market.

Position
9Solutions is expanding their business and is looking to recruit a Sales Director in Sweden to further establish, develop, build and lead the Swedish sales organization. You will be the first person in the Swedish organization and therefor responsible for the future sales organization and all sales and marketing related activities in the Swedish market. You will develop the overall company objectives connected to the Swedish market including responsibilities for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting etc.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced sales person and leader who takes strong ownership and independently sets the direction for the Swedish organization. You are an individual with an execution orientated mind-set and a results oriented approach. The right candidate will have a University degree in Technology and/or Business. As this position has much autonomy we are looking for candidates who have a documented track record with at least 5 years of experience as Commercial Director, Sales Director or equivalent. Experience from the technology sales and sales towards public sector is required. We expect excellent languages skills; Swedish as well as English.
