Nordics region project coordinator – marketing department

What a day working for us might look like?
Sodexo marketing department is seeking a project coordinator for the Nordic region. The position will be located either in Solna or Helsinki. (However, the task requires travelling, approx. 40% of the time).
You will plan and deploy standardized offers in the region. This means you will communicate and engage with operations team, work in close collaborations with experts from the support platform, work with HR to develop a training plan, lead implementation of offers and track performance for instance in terms of profitability and client & consumer satisfaction. The scope of offers varies, for instance an offer could include standardized facility management services or a new strategy within food services.
You will also support sales and operations in the solution design for clients and prospects. This may involve a consultative role in meetings with local, regional or global clients.
With feedback from operations on offer performance you will also contribute to evaluate future market needs for enhanced client and consumer value creation.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree in related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations and/or project management
- Excellent understanding of customer dynamics
- Good with figures, financial acumen
- You have good interpersonal skills and you are business oriented, proactive, pragmatic and collaborative
- Fluency in Swedish and English. Finnish would be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS office applications
