Are you analytical while strategic in your approach combined with a strong personal drive? We are now looking for a professional to join our team in Mölndal.

About the position
As Controller you will be responsible for the controlling and global analysis of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Functions. Your key accountabilities are;

  • Participate in month end closing activities as well as consolidations of the SBU Functions
  • Provide assessment of budget, forecasts and cost projections
  • Prepare and participate in the development of business cases together with marketing

You will work closely with our global organization in business performance and in conjunction with all department heads focusing on maximizing the company’s financial performance.

Who you are
We think that you are a business-oriented doer with both structured and analytical mindset. You enjoy working together with highly skilled and committed colleagues where every day makes a difference.

We believe you have

  • An academic background in Finance or Economics
  • At least three years of working experience as business analyst or controller
  • Work experience in accounting is considered a merit
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Furthermore, you have strong interpersonal skills and show attention to details when required. You have great ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-moving global environment.

Good to know
