HR Business Partner to Alektum Group, Gothenburg
As Alektum Group’s new HR BP you will work with and be in charge of the following areas:
Group co-ordination responsibilities:
Learning and Development – set up new routines, create structure, define and implement best practice. You will be in charge of creating a learning platform at Alektum Group which includes establishing structure and routines for in-service training.
Onboarding – set up and implement an introductory program at Alektum Group as well as ensuring that there will be a solid work procedure regarding this in each country.
Employee satisfaction surveys - set up new routines, create structure and define use of the employee satisfaction tool Winningtemp at Alektum Group. The responsibility also includes to ensure the work procedure regarding this in each country.
Support and coach managers ensuring that processes and routines complies with the company's business strategy, values and culture, i.e. support in recruitment processes and also in other staff related matters. Contribute to developing and establishing company culture by supporting and coaching managers in HR and leadership matters.
In order to succeed you have solid knowledge and experience in HR, especially regarding Learning and Development. Preferably, you have experience in establishing a learning platform from scratch as well as coaching and supporting managers in an international company. You are genuinely interested in people management and acts by the conviction that the employees are a company’s best and most important asset in order to create positive results.
You have a strong inner drive and thrives in a position were you can make an impact and contribute. You have a degree in HR and/or Finance in combination with experience of working in an international company. It is required that you master the Swedish and English language, both verbally and in writing. Your office is in Gothenburg, and approximately once per month you will travel to the international offices. This position reports to the Senior Vice President HR.
