Position
CHRYSO is a company within the area of building and construction and we are looking for the right person to take CHRYSO Nordic to the next level. CHRYSO Nordic is on a growth journey and the role comprises management and development of all functions within the company. You are part of CHRYSO Group, a global company within sales of construction chemicals and with their own R&D and manufacturing facilities in several countries.

Responsibilities and tasks
You will have the responsibility to increase sales and market share of CHRYSO in the Nordics. You will work with stakeholders within building and construction and you will make sure that all company functions are developed according to business growth. The responsibilities includes setting the business and market strategy, active involvment in sales, as well as daily management of functions like finance and reporting, supply chain and purchasing, security, quality and environment. You set the strategy and activites for CHRYSO Nordic and you communicate and engage your team going forward.

You are based in the Gothenburg area and will travel within the Nordics to develop the customer base as well as enhancing supporting functions within CHRYSO Nordics. The role reports to the CHRYSO Zone Manager and you will interact with corporate functions like Concrete BU, Cement BU, Finance, HR and R&D.

Background and personality
You have a technical university degree in combination with sales experience. You are familiar with the area of building and construction. You have held previous positions like technical KAM, manager within technical sales, manager of a smaller company or manager of a business unit in a larger company. You have a clear business orientation easily managing client relationships. You have the capability to alter between the strategic business agenda and daily management. You understand that working with the team is important for making the journey forward a success. As you will be part of a global company, very good English language skills will be required.
