What will you be doing?
As the Global Marketing Director you will manage and lead the Global Marketing team with a strong focus on developing and implementing excellent marketing and communication strategies, working closely with the Regional Marketing Managers in the Market Regions and the Business Units Product Managers.
This means a focus on strategic as well as operative tasks in terms of:
Leading the Marketing team
Establish the strategic global marketing and communications planOwnership of corporate Brand management
Development of digital channels, patient engagement and event execution
Participation in Global Sales & Marketing team
Budget and forecasting
What are we looking for?
We think you have at least 8 years experience in international marketing/communications and minimum 3 years of leadership experience. You hold a university degree, preferably an MSc or an MBA including Marketing or Communications. You have experience in digital channel marketing and it´s advantageous if you have a background from the Medtech/Life Science sector.
To be successful in this role you have both the experience and the ability to use your outstanding network capabilities working together with - and through - others. You are result driven and a strong relationship builder who communicates with high impact and adaptability. Your sharp strategic eyes give you an ability to handle complexity, organizational dynamics and proactive problem solving.
This position reports to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and is based at company headquarters in Gothenburg.
