Duct & Filter Elements is one of Nederman´s four divisions, for which we are now recruiting SVP & Head of Division, at the retirement of the previous SVP. The division is operating in the market under the brands of Nordfab and Menardi. The main opportunities for growth lie in the US as well as in Europe and Asia. The turnover in the division is around 600 MSEK and there are some 300 employees. Organizationally the sales are split under US, Thailand, Denmark, Sweden and UK and the manufacturing is done out from Thomasville and Trenton, US; Assens, DK; Leeds, UK and Chonburi, Thailand.
Nederman is looking for a powerful, sales oriented general manager with proven record of accomplishment in both successful sales and building distribution networks in an international company of similar size. The ideal candidate should also bring experience from product development, manufacturing and supply chain. In this position you report to the Nederman CEO and are a member of the Group Management Team.
In the role as SVP & Head of Division D&FE lies the leadership of the division including sales, through fully owned companies and distributors, sales reps and partners as well as securing the supply chain for the regions. The objective is to grow the business and develop skills to strengthen the Nordfab and Menardi brand positions in the market. Another target is to grow sales faster than the market and there is an opportunity in this position to identify and add potential acquisitions. Financially SVP & Head of Division D&FE has the full responsibility for business planning, budgeting and P/L.
SVP & Head of Division D&FE develops goals, strategies, routes to market and business plans for development and growth of the division together with the local management teams and is responsible to develop and implement the right structure and organization for business growth.
Key to the new incumbent is strong, excellent leadership with international experience. To be the right person for the job you are also a high achiever with a strong drive to deliver results. You have a proven track record of driving business development and sales, setting structure and base for growth in an international market. You are structured, analytical and highly process oriented with a strategic mind-set paired with passion for creating business. You enjoy taking the lead, have strong presentation, cross culture communication skills, and are perceived as enthusing and as someone who easily builds stable relationships and can drive change. You have the courage to state and stand up for your views, while being down-to-earth/lack prestige and sharing your expertise to help others succeed.
