We are looking for a driven and skilled Director of Sales to lead, manage and develop the sales organization, focusing on new customers, to ensure Greenbyte’s continued rapid global growth and target adherence.

Greenbyte offers market leading software to monitor, analyze, optimize and manage renewable energy plants. As one of Sweden’s fastest growing companies in tech with customers in more than 25 countries worldwide, we are a team with a mission to convert more renewable resources into electricity.

The key to reaching our ambitious global growth targets is Greenbyte’s ability to scale-up fast and continue to close new partnerships with forward-thinking renewable energy companies all over the world.

The sales team, today a total of six sales managers, is currently present in Gothenburg, Hamburg, Paris, and Seville and will, according to a fully financed business plan, grow fast globally over the next couple of years.

You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and be based at the Gothenburg office.

Key activities include

  • Lead, manage and develop the global sales organization, mainly focusing on new customers
  • P&L responsibility for the global sales team
  • Improve sales processes, work-flows, and collateral. Ensure flawless process adherence and outstanding sales execution
  • Actively support Sales Managers in sales meetings on a global level
  • Actively support HR in the recruitment of international top sales talents

Skill and requirements

For this interesting role the ideal candidate has extensive experience in international sales and complex selling solutions. You have a university degree in a relevant field together with a background in managing international sales teams with an outstanding track record. Excellent English skills, written and oral communication, is a must. Experience in renewable energy or in software sales is an extra plus.

An interest in cutting-edge software services and renewable energy, willingness to travel on regular basis combined with great leadership style, positive attitude, professional personality with a hunter mentality will make you a great match for this role.
