Autoliv’s Corporate Treasury, based in central Stockholm, is currently searching for a motivated Head of Cash Management to join their team. Corporate Treasury is a central function with a global responsibility to coordinate the financial activities within the group. With Autoliv currently being in an exciting phase, having recently carved out one division and having a rapid expansion, we are looking for a proactive candidate to lead and develop Autoliv’s Cash Management to be best in class.

The suitable candidate has a university degree in business administration or finance with an extensive relevant experience within corporate treasury or banking. The right candidate thrives in a project driven environment with many stakeholders, both externally and internally. Personal traits we are looking for are; meticulous, analytical, communicative and solution-oriented. The position demands a high level of service, a proactive attitude and the ability to prioritize effectively. The right candidate wants to continue to develop within the field of Cash Management. Excellent communication skills in English is required.

As Head of Cash Management you are responsible for cash management globally within Autoliv. You are also responsible for the Group Treasury back-office function with one FTE (Assistant Cash Manager) reporting to you. The position reports to the Group Treasurer.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop the group’s cash management strategy
  • Procure and implement cash management solutions including cash pool structures
  • Act as the link between group’s core banks and group companies on cash management matters
  • Cash management advisor to group companies. Educate group companies on topics related to cash management, and understand local regulations and requirements
  • Responsible for the group’s cash management bank relations
  • Responsible for implementing and managing group wide cash flow forecasting
  • Cash pool administration
  • Countersign Treasury payments
  • Lead and coach the Assistant Cash Manager
