Your key responsibilities include
As the Sales Director you secure present and future business within heavy automotive, material handling and other markets within Inmotions portfolio. You have the ability to executing the group strategies into a timely, continuous stream of revenue and profit for the business. With good communication skills you build trust and develop strong long-term relationships with new customers and leads the development of new opportunities. You manage and coach a team of key account managers and make sure annual goals and targets are met.
Required skills and qualifications
The role includes a broad range of tasks, and therefore, it is important that you can tackle multiple challenges at the same time. You are a sales-oriented person who easily creates trust and appreciates the many daily contacts with customers and colleagues. To be successful in the role you need to have the ability to think holistically, have high integrity and are willing to go the extra mile. You have good communication, cooperation and coordination skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
This position is located in Inmotions Stockholm office and it is expected that you are flexible to travel. You will be reporting to the Executive Director of Global Sales & Marketing.
Knowledge and experience
- Experience in leading and developing a high-performance sales team.
- Knowledge of OEM-business in automotive.
- Strong customer focus and drive to discover and meet needs of customers.
- Strong negotiation skills from the automotive industry.
- Degree in engineering with focus on electronics, mechanics or mechatronics.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- English, spoken and written.
