DeLaval is looking for an inspirational and technical individual who will set direction and reimagine how employees use their productivity tools, devices and services. As a Digital Workplace Manager, you will support a team managing a diverse set of collaboration, end user, mobility and desktop management tools. You will have the opportunity to build strong partnerships with other teams within the IT organizations incl Suppliers, as well as key business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective out-of-the-box technical solutions.
DeLaval is in the position to transform their end user productivity tool to enable modern way of working with collaboration and mobility to work close to our customers, at our manufacturing facilities and/or from any location our colleagues prefer working from. The current environment is outsourced to several partners which in the near future will need to be transitioned to another partner or partly to be insourced.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have experience in driving Digital workplace transformation by developing and executing technology roadmaps and delivering measurable improvements. You have experience in interacting with Procurement and Service Desk, ability to prioritize the user community satisfaction and feedback in meeting the business demands.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with diverse people across different functions/cultures in a global team.
