Seeking a World Class Recruiter Manager to support us not only grow our business through people, but also to help grow our brand, so that we can bring the best sleep in the world to more and more people. This position will include recruiting globally. The main focus will be hiring successful Retail, Wholesale sales and Marketing teams to help us grow the business 100%. The position is based in Köping.

Key areas of responsibility

• Develop and ensure strategic implementation of high-quality global recruitment, including requisition management, development of ads, conducting first screen of selected applicants, interviewing, candidate selection, and support of the on-boarding process.
• Design and implement global talent attraction programs focus on the business mission & vision and company's values & mindset.
• Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of the talent attraction life cycle.
• Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
• Source and recruit international, diverse, high-caliber, high energy, and dynamic talents for corporate and sales (wholesale and retails) and business areas. 
  
  

As a manager you have one direct report based in London. Together your mission is to hire people with the best mindset in Europe and USA. The Asian market is growing fast and Hästens is a strong brand there. We all operate with the Spirit of Hästens: details with the highest quality. In Köping there is also a HR-manager and two HRBPs. You will report to the Head of HR.

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience including progressive work experience in talent attraction/recruitment in the international development industry
• Experience with job boards and social media tools, working with an applicant tracking system or related software as Teamtailor
• Amazing tactics to attract talents
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work in a selfdirected, results-oriented at a fast pace, prioritize tasks, organize large volume of work, perform independently; and undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Driven by getting the best results and focusing on finding solutions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship skills
• Excellent communications skills in English and Swedish, written and spoken
