With offices worldwide, 17,000 employees and a turnover of 15 Billion USD, our client is a Global leader in the Industrial Sector.

Due to growth in the Nordics, Michael Page are currently recruiting a Nordic HR Director due to join our client's Nordic HQ in Stockholm.

With an emphasis on people and performance, the successful candidate will report directly to the Nordic MD and sit on the Senior Management Board. As our client's Nordic HR Director, the successful candidate will have direct responsibility for a team of 10 people.

Furthermore, the candidate will Business Partner directly with Senior Management, acting in an advisory capacity whilst aligning and steering the organization in accordance with Local & Group HR policies.

Arbetsbeskrivning

  • Lead the organization in line with the company's absolutes of Safety, Ethics & Internal Controls
  • Set the short to long-term strategy for the department, build a vision to engage people
  • Provide leadership and control to various labor and employee relations,
  • Develop strategies and deploy actions to enforce the talent bench across the region
  • Provide coaching and individual development support to individuals
  • Formulate and implement plans, programs, procedures and standards according to labor law
  • Serve as strategic business partner to Senior Management
  • Manage Union relationships
  • Develop and assure adherence to personnel policies, procedures and goals

Vem söker vi?

  • 8-10 years minimum experience within the HR industry
  • Previous personnel management experience, remotely and direct
  • Extensive knowledge of local labor law
  • Extensive knowledge of Union process and negotiations
  • Proven track record implementing strategic growth, training and process plans
  • Experience working directly with C-Level decision makers
  • Strong communication and presentations skills
  • Written and oral Fluency in Swedish and English
