Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables as well as cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation.
To lead the Customer Commercial Service (CCS) team located in Sweden, Germany and Australia we are now looking for a senior Director. The CCS team has the overall responsibility of supporting our business with the offer-to-cash process as well as giving service and support to our internal and external customers for the accessories business line globally.You will lead the offer and order team of around 30 employees, of which the three managers as well as one Project Manager reporting directly to you.
This role owns the interface between front-end sales, technical clarification and operations keeping an eye on reliable day-to-day execution all the time. The constant high focus on more efficient demand/supply planning (SOP) includes necessary analysis and reporting as well as constant processes optimization, training and communication for all accessories functions. You are part of the accessories management team and represent the business line in cross-functional topics. Your placement could be in Alingsås (Sweden), Cologne or Nordenham (Germany).

Besides the above you have a substantial work experience in a niche-technological B2B organization managing a multinational team and leading leaders. Beside this you have a successful track record of change processes and building organizational structures. Due to the global nature of the role, travel on regular basis is required.
