Lantmännen is seeking a Tax Manager
The tax manager will be stationed at our headquarters in Stockholm, and will have two main areas of responsibility working both as a business partner to the business area Unibake and with tax reporting for the whole Lantmännen Group.
You will act as global business partner to the Senior Management of Lantmännen Unibake, working on material tax issues affecting the business to identify and implement tax efficient solutions to business issues and to mitigate tax risks. This includes managing all types of tax issues ranging from PE assessments to M&A support.
You will also be responsible for the tax reporting at Group level. This work includes implementing robust processes for the local reporting units, responsibility for the tax note of the Group annual report, prepare the Group’s tax forecasting, managing the Swedish tax optimization and reviewing tax optimization in other jurisdictions.
This is a broad and very free and dynamic role in an ever-changing environment gives the right candidate an opportunity to take on much responsibility in a growing international company. You will be part of Group tax and report to the Head of Group Tax.
We believe that you have about 4-6 years of working experience in the field of expertise in industry and/or a big four consultant firm. You have a degree in law and/or finance and experience in accounting for income taxes (IFRS), specifically in producing large global tax consolidations. You also have good knowledge about corporate income tax and international tax. Experience with financial systems (ERP and consolidation tools) is strongly meritorious.
Strong Microsoft application skills including the ability to prepare robust Excel models and the ability to learn new software platforms is also required. Furthermore, deep desire to perform with the best and drive constant improvement in a fast paced environment is highly valued. The role will require regular travelling to Copenhagen which is the HQ for the Unibake Group. There will also be additional travel to local business units from time to time.
