HFM-Specialist – Autoliv

Autoliv is looking for a service oriented system administrator to support growth as well as increased demand for development and management of the HFM-system. The HFM system is used by many global functions and major investments are made annually to support the development of the system. Today, the HFM team consists of three people and nine global super users.
The HFM team is part of the financial function and its main task is to maintain and continually improve the system in line with increasing demand within the organization. This means, inter alia, preparing the system for reporting with updated forms, calculations and changes in the corporate or account structure. The team is responsible for coordination and implementation of development projects and will work in close co-operation with a global team of super users. As a system administrator you will support and educate HFM users globally. Autoliv offers you the opportunity to belong to a group of competent and committed employees. The position will be based at Autoliv’s global headquarters at Stockholm Central and you report to the company's HFM Manager, which in turn reports to VP Corporate Control. As the current Autoliv set-up for HFM is highly individualized with specialized, and in some cases complex solutions, the role would include a high amount of system analysis and further development of the current set-up. Autoliv business relies currently highly on these individualized HFM- solutions and therefore the current set-up includes not only a standard consolidation solution but also other for the business and financial controlling related important key solutions. This means that this role includes co-operation with different stake holders within the organization including contact with, for example, financial control and business control.
Main areas of responsibility:
Your main tasks consist of working with the system's structures, rules and system-related preparation as well as co-operation with for example Financial Control related to the accounting process. This also includes system analysis, troubleshooting and user support.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• University degree in accounting or finance or equivalent degree in system or computer science
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with system development / management or economics.
• Experience from Group reporting and / or planning systems, preferably Oracle / Hyperion, Aaro, Unit4 / Ocra, IBM / Cognos or SAP.
• Excellent skills in Excel and knowledge of Visual Basic.
