At the Self Service Solutions department, we work to manage and develop global digital services, aiming to enable our users, both customers and internal stakeholders, to find and utilize the Seco product portfolio in the best possible ways. Our future mission is to increase availability of digital channels and platforms and create sales opportunities based on understanding the market and our customers’ demands and offering self-service solutions. We are now looking for three Digital Business Solution Improvers for Fagersta, targeting the areas of Product Recommendation, E-commerce and Customer Relationship Management. Key performance areas
As a Digital Business Solution Improver, your mission is to optimize and continuously improve the solutions included in our digital offering, with an aim to increase sales and enable user experience in Seco’s online solutions. You work with one of the following areas - Product Recommendation, E-commerce or Customer Relationship Management – where you collect user insight to be able to analyze and convert your findings, and then hand them over to our development specialists for building new functions in our digital platform. Your daily tasks may differ, depending on your target area, but together with your team members and a dedicated Solution Owner, you ensure state-of-the-art performance in our current solutions.
Additionally, you take part in different projects and activities, with key stakeholders who are both internal users and external customers, and you interact on a global scale, as our business is international and the website is translated into multiple languages. Some travel may be included in this position.
We are looking for someone with a degree in IT, Business Administration or another relevant field. For the role specified towards the Product Recommendation area, a degree from a technical university is also advantageous. You have a few years’ experience or theoretical knowledge from IT or business development. Competence in project management, especially using Scrum or other agile methods, is an advantage, as is previous interaction with stakeholders and customers. As we operate in an international environment, you need to be fluent in English, in both speaking and writing, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
