Group Finance Director to HMS Networks
HMS is seeking a qualified Group Finance Director to the headquarter in Halmstad. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to be part of HMS’ successful journey.
The position has six highly performing direct reports; Group Finance Specialist, two Group Financial Controllers, Group Business Controller and Process & Tools specialist. In addition, the Accounting Manager for HMS Industrial Networks AB (the largest subsidiary) is also reporting to GFD. To develop the team and the individuals is an essential part of the position.
Group Finance Director (GFD) reports to CFO and is responsible for the Group Finance function. As HMS is growing fast, the CFO will focus more on M&A and business development activities. The main purpose with this position is to ensure a solid reporting and compliance in the Group as well as a strategic development of the Group Finance function.
• Manage and develop the Group Finance function
• Ensure a proactive finance and reporting function within the Group
• Financial policies, such as Transfer pricing, Accounting and FX
• Interaction with Auditor
• Coordinate subsidiaries in reporting
• Coordination of Group Insurance
• Group share savings program
Besides the functional responsibilities, the new Group Finance Director will be an important player and contribute to the positive development of the total HMS Group.
The position requires a solid financial experience from a CFO or Financial Manager position, including leadership, and experience from an international group. You have a good understanding in ERP, BI and other finance systems. It’s considered a plus if you have worked in Automation, IT or adjacent markets involving products business. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English is required as well as a degree in Business Administration or similar.
