A true operative role focusing on sales and making sure that both sales and profitability is on target. This is an opportunity to take a leading part in the fire protection industry and the offensive expansion on the Swedish market for Marioff.

Position

As responsible for our Swedish Business

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Marioff - Sweden business unit, including P/L responsibility, sales, project and after sales operations

  • Managing the distributors in Sweden

  • Developing operational processes within Marioff Sweden

  • You will take a operative part in sales, apr 50% of your time will be spent in Sales activities

  • Promoting and selling HI-FOG in your territory

  • Supervising sales, project and after sales personnel

  • Personal contact with different levels and decision makers at existing and new customers in Sweden, such as: Architects, designers, construction companies, fire and approval authorities, end users, subcontractors

You will report to the Director of Global Land Business, Mr. Carlos Garcia.

Personal characteristics:
We are looking for a person who is operative, outgoing, creative and has troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking, also fast decision making and prioritization skills are required. You are a natural strategic relationship builder who easily connects with people on all levels within an organization. Moreover you make things happen with your ability to analyze, organize, prioritize and execute. You have a basic understanding and knowledge how the P&L is effected in matters of activities.

Education and Background

  • You have a Master of Science degree (or Bachelor) on engineering or similar level commercial education

  • You have +5 years experience in Project sales. Preferably from the Building-, Industry-, Energy-, Marine- or Offshore sectors

  • You have lead teams for at least 5 years

  • You have good understanding for the value chain in the industrial sector, preferably from the Building-, Industry-, Energy-, Marine- or Offshore industry

  • You are also use to work in a international B2B environment

  • You are a good communicator in Swedish and English both written and spoken

  • You have good knowledge of MS office tools; Word, Excel, Outlook
