Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned Commercial Operations companies and business units.

Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

The function at Commercial Operations (CO) “Financial & Procurement Model Implementation” is responsible for the development and the implementation of efficient finance and procurement processes within our global companies.
In the area of finance, we have since several years implemented and continuously updated a common financial model covering the recording in local ledgers and the monthly reporting. Now we are taking the next step by creating a common blue print for the main finance processes and also harmonizing the system platform.
We are now looking for a controller who wants to take an active part in the global roll out of the harmonized system and process platform.

Work assignments
In close cooperation with our global companies, develop, implement and document the CO Financial Model by describing and integrating main finance processes in the Process Blue Print.
An essential part of the job is to assume the role as Business Project Manager in our AX365 project in close cooperation with the IT organisation in order to secure a successful roll out in the global CO organisation.
Your profile
We believe you have

  • Experience from analysing financial processes
  • Hands on experience of accounting and reporting
  • Goal oriented, focused on results, act as team player with good communication skills and used to work through others to reach expected results.
  • Ability to work on strategic as well as detailed, tactical level
  • Multicultural experience

You will develop a wide contact network within the global CO organisation. This requires good knowledge in both written and oral English. Other languages and experiences from different cultures are meriting. Travelling will be expected.
