Senior Finance Analyst at Indivior

We are offering a position as Senior Finance Analyst at our newly started office in Göteborg, an opportunity to be part of our growing Nordic/Baltic organization.

Job description
As Senior Finance Analyst at Indivior you will play an important part in the development of our operations in the Nordic/Baltic region as you have sole responsibility for the financial information of the region. You are responsible for providing accurate, relevant and timely financial analysis, reporting and supporting our Nordic and Baltic Country Manager and team. You will maintain the financial oversight and control over the regions commercial fixed cost and marketing budgets as well as manage financial, forecasting and relevant aspects of the relationship with third party supply chain providers. This is a broad role with reporting and communication at all levels. You report directly to our Finance Manager based in the UK. Some travelling will occur. 

In this role you perform various activities such as:  

  • Review of the monthly financial accounts with commentary for the monthly & YTD financial results against prior year & plan / forecast
  • Reporting of monthly results 
  • Annual plan consolidation and reporting for region  
  • Forecast consolidation and reporting for region  
  • Monthly reconciliations and review of all balance sheet accounts   
  • Provide input to General Manager in areas that require management judgement  
  • Interaction with Pre-wholesaler  
  • Management of receivables in country via shared service or Pre-wholesaler  
  • Ensure alignment of procedure by local units  
  • Participate in and provide support for management meetings and business reviews   
  • Working with shared service accounting partner and managing relationship with external transaction accounting partner.

Qualifications
You have a Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent and several years of experience from a Finance Business Partner role. You probably have a solid accounting background too. Previous experience from the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred and so is experience from working in a matrix environment. Have you been working with Pre-wholesalers and distributors prior it is considered meritorious. You are fluent in English (written as well as spoken) and most likely in Swedish too. You are comfortable in using Excel and PowerPoint as tools and previous experience from SAP is an advantage.

We believe that you are a self-starter who is used to working independently and pro-actively and in a direct and often pressurized environment. You are well-organized and with the ability to create structure. Your communication skills are excellent and you have an ability to effectively influence others to drive change and improvement. Essential is that you have strong analytical skills.
