Do you have an inspiring approach to strategy, leadership and transformation? Are you passionate about people development and want to influence the way we develop the newly established Banking Nordic unit in the future? Then you might be the right fit for our new international role as HR Strategy Partner in Sweden.

You will join us at an exciting time as we have recently launched a new organisational structure and corporate strategy in the bank. You will be working in a Nordic HR team supporting the implementation of our Banking Nordic organisation in Sweden, designed to help Danske Bank deliver on our ambitious customer promise.

You will also be a part of the Swedish Country Management team and support them in making the Swedish organisation a success.

In the newly introduced position as HR Strategy Partner in Sweden, you will play an important role in the development of one of the largest banks in the Nordics and in particular, you will support the strategic ambition of your market area.

Transformation Partner and Strategic Advisor
As an HR Strategy Partner you will be part of a small, strategic HR team working closely with the local senior management teams on a global level. You will take the lead in delivering on our strategic people agenda in Sweden and work closely together with our Swedish senior managers as transformation partner and strategic advisor.

Your job is to enable and empower the senior leaders to put HR on the strategic agenda, thereby strengthening the link between HR and the business. Further, you will co-develop, drive and implement strategic initiatives that are linked to the Cultural Transformation strategy and drive the People & Culture agenda for your market area while overseeing the implementation of HR frameworks, tools and group-wide HR projects in Banking Nordic. These tasks will entail close collaboration with a variety of internal stakeholders, such as the group–wide HR Development and HR Consulting team.

HR Subject Matter Expert and Executive Coach
Based on your leadership experience, you display great confidence and the ability to motivate and influence. The senior managers turn to you for strategic advice and you are able to build trustful relationships as you coach and challenge them on business critical matters. You are intellectually curious and always on top of the latest trends and research within strategic people- and business development.

The role is part of a global set-up, so naturally you should demonstrate requires advanced English language skills and an international outlook and mind-set.

You have a university level degree within a relevant field, in combination with years of experience as a manager, top-level HR consultant or HR Manager. You demonstrate a deep knowledge on change management, leadership and talent development, as well as workforce planning and performance management. In addition, you have vast experience in driving and implementing strategic initiatives and projects.
