Key areas of responsibility
As Pangara is expanding we are looking for our new Finance Manager who will build, lead and be responsible for the company's accounting and financial control. You will be a part of the corporate management and report directly to the CEO. You will be a crucial part of Pangaras international expansion and will have an opportunity to develop the financial department in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You will develop and manage processes and procedures in the financial department with full responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. You will manage and be responsible for accounting, budget, forecasts, VAT and tax issues. This position also manages cash flow reports and will follow up on KPI:s, legal and management reporting to CEO. You will prepare the financial parts of the Board of Directors reports and present these at Board Meetings.
We believe you have a degree in Accounting or Finance and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably as an auditor or accountant. You have a strong business mindset and want to develop the business. We believe you have experience from smaller fast-growing companies and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. In addition, you have very good accounting skills and experience from an international corporate structure and business model that includes transactions in a variety of currencies. Your skills in Microsoft Excel are excellent and you are proficient in both English and Swedish.
We believe that you are structured, has a high sense of accuracy, an eye for details and strong analytical skills. As a person, you are communicative, flexible, pragmatic, and are able to establish trustworthy relationships. You enjoy operational tasks and hands-on work and have no problems working independently. Thus, you are used to organize and prioritize activities effectively in order to establish and keep deadlines.
As part of the Management team you have a strategic mindset and are interested in developing routines and methods.
The position will be based in Stockholm.
