The company has just started the exciting and challenging work to establish a totally new IT organization and build a complete IT environment which will support the whole company at all sites.
We are now looking for a Business Applications Team Manager to lead our growing Business Applications team. We search for a professional with a high degree of experience in both information systems and business process development, related to systems such as ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, EDI, eCommerce etc.
The Business Application Team Manager is expected to take the overall responsibility for the management and development of our Business Application portfolio, in close coordination with the organization and the Business Applications team, consisting of 5 employees and a network of external service providers.
Work duties include planning and coordination of development roadmaps and maintenance tasks, project follow-up, budget, resource and team management, supplier sourcing and ensuring a continuous high-quality service delivery towards the organization and external parties.
As a member of a small team, the position also requires taking active part in performing and coaching the day-to-day activities, as well as personally taking lead and performing assignments such as conducting pre-study analysis. From time to time, it is also likely that you will be responsible for directly managing projects.

It is expected that you contribute proactively by identifying and proposing improvement initiatives which will improve both business operations and our system environment.
Master/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management or Computer science
Relevant experience from IT change initiatives and managing of assignments/projects
In-depth knowledge and hands-on of experience of managing ERP solutions (primarily Infor M3). Experience from related systems such BI, CRM, EDI/System integration and eCommerce is a plus.
Knowledge of applicable methodologies e.g. PM3, ITIL, Prince, Lean
Experience from similar position is considered a plus or in roles such as Management consultant, Business Analyst, ERP specialist consultant or Project manager etc.
This position will be located in Göteborg (Sweden), reporting to the IT-manager. Regular travel over multiple continents is to be expected. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
