Your focus will be C-level stakeholders at the world’s leading train carriers ready to modernize. SilverRail’s portfolio of IT services runs our customers core processes throughout the travelers end-to-end journey and meets their challenges in today's ever-changing landscape. YOUR TASKS AND ASSIGNMENT
Your focus will be to drive sales activities to C-level stakeholders at the world’s leading train carriers ready to modernize.

As our Sales Executive you will be managing the full sell process. You will:

  • Be responsible for analyzing the market to find business opportunities in Europe. 
  • Take initiatives to discuss and present solutions to private as well as public organizations. 
  • Drive and take part in sales activities 
  • Contribute extensively to bids and sometimes lead bid work.
  • Be responsible for bringing business opportunities through to closure, including negotiations.
  • Manage customer relationships and contract extensions.
  • Take part in the on-boarding of customers.

BACKGROUND AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
To succeed in this position, you will need a solid experience from complex B2B sales of IT products, solutions and services with long sales cycles. We believe that your background is from IT or IT-consulting, Telecom, Management Consulting, train or transportation industry and you have a proven track record from client acquisition and on-boarding new clients as well as successfully managing client relations. You are used to actively participate in operational sales and it is an advantage if you have experience of bidding processes (RFP). If you have experience from transaction-based business models it’s a merit. Your probably have experience from working in an international context and you confident in using english for presentations and similar. It’s a merit if you have a relevant university degree. 

A a passion for business development together with a drive for expanding into new markets is crucial to succeed in this role!

You are a strong relationship-builder with a profound business attitude who are used to manage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. You are also a true team-member who sees the value of working close with- and helping your colleagues.
