Debt Capital Markets (DCM) is a product area within Capital Markets in Danske Bank. Danske Bank DCM is ranked no 1 among debt capital markets investors in Sweden with product coverage across investment grade and high yield bonds. We act as an advisor and intermediary in the Nordic corporate bond market, serving both issuers and investors. We are now looking for a new employee within DCM Research Sweden, located at our trading floor in Stockholm.

Your role
An essential part of the DCM business is to produce and present credit analysis of Nordic companies to local and international investors. We are looking for someone to take charge of high yield analysis of a wide variety of companies. Presently, the local DCM research team in Stockholm consists of three people and are a part of a larger team based in Copenhagen and Oslo.

Your main tasks are to produce regular and ad-hoc analyses and credit strategy reports. You are also jointly responsible for presenting and communicating credit related events to bond investors, issuers and other internal and external counterparties. As Danske Bank DCM has significant business in the rest of the Nordics and across Europe, the role includes some travelling.

Our offer
Danske Bank DCM Research is currently ranked no 1 in the Swedish Prospera investor survey. It is important that you share our target of being a market leader in credit research and regard it as a stimulating challenge. Here at Danske Bank Markets in Stockholm we aim to provide professional services to our clients, while also having fun at work and a reasonable work / life balance. Therefore it is also important that you contribute to our positive working atmosphere. We are very proud of our culture and believe our collaboration across product areas is key to our success.

Your profile
We are looking for a person with good analytical skills and with a genuine interest in both the global economy and analysis of the companies whose debt is traded on the financial markets. It is important that you enjoy team work while at the same time having a strong individual drive and creativity and like to take initiative.

Since you will have a lot of customer interaction and relationships, it is essential that you like to give presentations and have good communicative skills in both Swedish and English. You enjoy working in a high paced environment with varying tasks and, at least periodically, under strong pressure with tight deadlines.

In your role as Senior Corporate Bond Analyst you should preferably have five years of prior experience as a corporate bond analyst, or other relevant experience such as equity research or other credit related experience. Experience or interest in ESG is a plus. Most important is proven experience of financial analysis of companies and strong proficiency in translating your insights into a compelling written product. A certain knowledge of financially relevant mathematics and programming is preferable.

About the bank
As a challenger on the Swedish market, Danske Bank is characterized by an entrepreneurial and innovative mind set. We are looking for employees who strive for development, both of themselves and our organization. If you wish to develop both personally and professionally, we offer you a high level of responsibility, as well as an inspiring team and committed managers who encourage you to grow. We offer you an inclusive work environment where you will contribute to our success, today and in the future.
