Driven Assistant to International company, Stockholm

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a talented assistant with the ability to provide high quality and proactive support. Your main responsibilities will include administrative support, calendar- and inbox management, coordination and planning of meetings, travels and events.

Focus areas for the role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities
  • Coordinate internal and external engagements 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics globally 
  • Expense report management
  • Board Meeting preparation
  • Prepare material, update and editing presentations and files
  • Lighter research 
  • Assist with planning of the annual public wheel

In this role you will work closely with the Chairperson and the Project Coordinator who will depend on your prompt and professional service. You will be working independently, planning and organizing work in order to meet specific timelines and resolve issues that may influence the delivery of service in a timely and accurate manner.

Who are you?

The right candidate for this role has 2-3 years of experience from a similar role (Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant) and thrives in a position where you provide first-class administrative service. It is beneficial if you have prior experience from an investment- or management consultancy company or worked internationally in a service-oriented sector.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English and are interested in working in a tech savvy environment. You have good command and is an experienced user of Microsoft office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the Google Suite: Gmail, G-drive etc.
