We are searching for a person to lead the sales team for the Scandinavia and Baltic countries. We expect the candidate to have good contacts in mining and/or tunneling industry and been successful in selling equipment, construction chemicals/rock reinforcement/sprayed concrete or services, or ideally combination of them. The candidate should be fluent in multicultural environment, good network builder inside the company, with customers and in the industry in general. Primarily the location of this position is in Luleå but other locations are negotiable.
Responsibilities and tasks
Prepare and execute the region strategy and action plan
Drive the region sales and profitability in all Business lines (Equipment, GCCT and Services)
Win new customers, further develop the existing key customer relationships and upsell
Plan and manage the sales activities from lead generation to closing the deals
Lead and develop the sales team
Lead and develop the chemical production team
Produce accurate reporting on customer leads, sales forecast, profitability, cash management and other KPIs
