The Product Manager for Small Wastewater Pumps will be on parental leave and we are looking for a person interested to take this essential role with a high value portfolio and a global footprint during a 10 month period (Nov 2019-Sep 2020). In this role you will be responsible to manage the product portfolio throughout the lifecycle by gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and defining and executing a multi-year product roadmap covering business cases, product positioning, value proposition, volume forecasting and pricing strategy. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Vertical Marketing and Commercial Teams to deliver and introduce winning products to the market as well as supporting the sales organization in the day to day work.

Qualifications and personal characteristics
You have a minimum a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience from project management or managing product portfolios globally and preferably in a matrix organization.
To be successful in this role you are business savvy and a self-starter with excellent skills in communications, stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration. You are customer centric with experience from international and complex organizations.
